Nicola Ferrari, winemaker, was only 26 years old when he started working at Giuseppe Quintarelli winery, one of the most prestigious Valpolicella wine Company.

He immediately recognized the importance of exercising control over the whole production process, deciding to own his own vineyards and to vinify his own grapes. For Nicola that was the only way to guarantee the quality of wine and the credibility of the brand.
Now Nicola is taking over the running of the winery, supported by his wife Laura.

Monte Santoccio is located in Fumane, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classic area, where grapes are grown to produce outstanding wine.
The traditional grapes varieties are Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella e Molinara.
We are pride to be owners of the vineyards and all our wines are produced exclusively with our own grapes. It can guarantee the meticulous control over all the stages of production. Everything is organized so, as to obtain the maximum quality.
